“Amazing staff! Always go the extra mile every single time: the settling-in period, providing daily updates and letting us know about developmental milestones. “E is so happy at nursery. She lunges in to give whoever is greeting us a big hug on arrival, and comes out with a big smile on her face every day. She loves all the activities they do, especially the sand, drawing and the outdoor play. It seems like all the activities are varied and well thought out. All the ladies in the baby room are so smiley and nurturing, and E has built strong bonds with several in particular, but seems happy to go to any of them which is great to see. Tea is an excellent room leader, from my perspective as a parent nothing is too much trouble and she always has the biggest smile on her face and seems genuinely happy to see the children each day. She’s always a reassuring presence in the room as she’s so organised and seems to know everything! The communication is good as we get an update at the door each day and the newly introduced Famly app is easy to use (it’s a much improved platform to the old one). E especially loves Hartbeeps on a Wednesday, which is something I really value the nursery providing. We’ve been very impressed with the baby room and all the support it’s provided E to date, we couldn’t have wished for more to be honest.”

“The best nursery in Maidenhead! The staff is amazing, they are caring, compassionate and love our children so much. They are hard working and go the extra mile for the children. The communication is great, whenever I was in need of something they were happy to help. Although my daughter has been there for a few months, it feels like she’s been there forever. She loves the staff and made incredible connections with them and other children, she is always happy to go to nursery to see all her friends, she sings at home about her friends and the staff. She has become even more independent than what she used to be since joining Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Everyone in there is so lovely, and they do so many activities for kids. Their day is full of fun, laughter and learning. My only regret is that we haven’t been with Monkey Puzzle from the beginning. Thank you for everything you do for our children, you all are superstars!”

“The children are always active and doing activities which help their development. N has learnt a load of new things since she joins MP. She comes home talking about new things she learns during the day, even more when she likes the subject. We have noticed she knows the numbers and some letters, and her fine and gross skills have improved as there is always support from the team.”

The nursery has been great. My kid has been going to Monkey Puzzle for the last year. I can see he has grown so much mentally. His communication has improved a lot.Key workers take good care of kids. They plan the activities and provide us with weekly observations. It’s a good place to start with. Recently there was an open day where parents were allowed inside the nursery for an hour. It was great to look around the nursery and how kids have their day. I would suggest doing this more often.

We think it’s important that parents have an opportunity to tell us what’s working well and what we can do better in. We send out surveys annually to parents  and use them to shape our action plans for the future.

We have an open door policy and members of the senior leadership team are always available to talk to if you have any concerns or feedback.
