Our preschool environment builds on the independence and curiosity nurtured in the toddler room, supporting children as they prepare for school. The room is designed to encourage choice and independence, with a wide range of activities and resources that cover all areas of learning and development.
Dedicated preschool staff focus on developing communication skills, confidence, and resilience, while routines are designed to promote self-reliance. Creativity and imagination are encouraged through role-play and open-ended resources, alongside structured group and circle times that enhance listening, communication, and early learning.
We work closely with parents to ensure smooth transitions, whether moving up from our toddler room or starting fresh from home. In partnership with local schools, we introduce our “Getting Ready for School Program” in the summer term, helping children consolidate their skills and feel confident as they take the next step in their learning journey.
